XpressClad PX3-0

XPRESSCLAD PX3-0 raises the bar in negative detail cladding systems. The XPRESSCLAD PX3-0 rail system combines ease of installation with drained and vented cavities at every horizontal joint. XpressClad PX3-0 has a durability of 50 years on all aluminium profiles. XPRESSCLAD PX3-0 is fully tested to NZS 4284 & E2/VM1 and is covered by BRANZ Appraisal 1038 & the LBA Durability Appraisal.

Fire testing has been done in accordance with AS1530.4, ISO5660 & BS8414-2/BR135. There are two methods of fixing our range of cladding sheets onto the XPRESSCLAD PX3-0 rail system; The SikaTack Panel-50 adhesive fixing system, or adhesive fixing with LSA Rivet fixing anchor points which allow for a variety of surface finishes including a clear seal.

XpressClad PX4-0

XPRESSCLAD PX40 raises the bar in negative detail cladding systems. The XPRESSCLAD PX40 rail system combines ease of installation to achieve a 40mm bottom to top ventilated cavity. XpressClad PX40 has a durability of 50 years on all aluminium profiles.
